Terms and Conditions

Delivery (UK)
Standard delivery is 7 – 10 days (within the UK). Express delivery is within 2-3 working days (within the UK) from receipt of cleared funds.

Standard gift packs with standard delivery will be despatched via Royal Mail first class post. Deluxe packs and all Express Delivery options will either be despatched via courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery service. In both instances a signature will be required upon receipt. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package at your chosen delivery address. In the event of no-one being available to sign for your package, a card will be posted through your door advising you to either contact Royal Mail or the courier company to arrange collection.

Delivery (International)
Charges for International (outside of UK) delivery are as follows:

Standard Gift Pack (Europe): £10.00
Standard Gift Pack (Outside Europe): £12.00

Deluxe Gift Pack (Europe): £20.00
Deluxe Gift Pack (Outside Europe): £25.00

Please note that we are unable to send the Framed Deluxe Pack overseas. Normal overseas delivery time is within 10-14 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are unable to offer an express delivery option for overseas despatches.

Language and currency
All products on this site are available in English Language only and all prices are in pounds sterling (credit card sales will be charged in your local currency by your credit card provider).

Damage, Delay and loss in Transit
All goods are delivered in protective packaging. In the highly unlikely event that your goods are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for items mislaid, damaged or lost when sent via the postal system, although should this occur, we will endeavour to re-send your gift pack as soon as possible.

Payment
We accept payment by cheque, postal order or debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). You can order safely on line via our secure, encrypted on-line payment service. If paying by cheque, please allow time for the cheque to clear before we commence production of your gift pack.

Refunds and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your gift set, you may return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, and at your own expense, for a refund within 30 days of the gift pack despatch date. We will deduct a £5.00 administration fee to cover the cost of personalised items. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Gift Pack content
All photographs and descriptions are representative of the contents of the gift sets. We reserve the right to alter the content when necessary due to unavailability of an item. It will however be replaced with an equivalent item of equal value.

Our Name a Star Gift sets are a novelty gift item, the star names have symbolic meaning only and no scientific recognition of the star name, nor legal title, is inferred or implied. By purchasing a gift set, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
