1) Express Delivery
Standard Delivery is 7 – 10 working days (within the UK). Express Delivery is within 2 – 3 working days (within the UK) from receipt of cleared funds. We are unable to offer an Express Delivery option for overseas despatches.

Express Delivery charges:

Standard Gift Pack: £5.00

Deluxe and Framed Deluxe Gift Packs: £12.50.

2) International Delivery
Charges for International (outside of UK) delivery are as follows:

Standard Gift Pack (Europe): £10.00
Standard Gift Pack (Outside Europe): £12.00

Deluxe Gift Pack (Europe): £20.00
Deluxe Gift Pack (Outside Europe): £25.00

3) Your Details
Please enter your details here. It is important you enter telephone numbers that we can easily contact you on in case of a query relating to your order, a mobile number is preferred.

Please also enter a valid e-mail address as this is where your order confirmation will be sent.

Don't forget to enter your full post code, as goods cannot be delivered without this.

4) Delivery details
If you wish, we can deliver the goods to a different person/address. Please ensure that you complete all the details, including the name of the person to whom the goods should be sent, and the full post-code. If you want the goods to be delivered to you at the address you have already given, please leave this section blank.

Goods are despatched by either Royal Mail or courier (depending on gift pack). They will need to be signed for on receipt, so please have this in mind when deciding where you want them to be delivered to. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, a card will be left for you, and you will then need to either collect them from your post office, or in the case of courier delivery, call the number on the card and re-arrange a suitable time for delivery.

5) Choose a star name
Within reason, you may call the star anything you wish. For example, you may want to use a Christian name, a full name or even a nick name. You can even chose something in relation to the occasion you are naming the star for. These are a few examples that might help.
"The Mr & Mrs Smith Crystal Anniversary Star", "Princess", "Jo Bloggs"

6) The person you are naming the star for
This should be the name of the person(s) to whom you are giving/dedicating the star name. This will appear on the certificate and in our listings as the person to whom the star name is registered.

7) Occasion
Please choose from one of the occasions listed.

8) Registration date
Please choose a registration date. If you are naming the star for a particular occasion, then use the date of the occasion - for example, the actual date of the Birthday, Wedding, Christening etc. If you do not enter a specific date then the date the order is processed will be used, and this will appear on various documentation, which may look a little strange if you have named the star for a birthday, for example, and the date on the certificate is something completely different. PLEASE NOTE - the registration date CANNOT be back or forward-dated by more than 1 year.

9) Constellation
If you would like to, you can choose a particular constellation for your star to appear in. Enter your choice in the bottom box. The top box can be used to show some examples of the more popular constellations for different types of occasions.

10) Message
Included in your gift pack is a message card. If you would like us to print a message for you, please type your message in the boxes provided. Alternatively, the message card can be left blank for you to fill in a hand-written message. Please keep the message to a maximum of 200 characters including spaces.

11) Comments Box
You can use this space to give us any extra information you think may be helpful.

12) Check that all information is accurate
Please make sure that you have checked all the information you have entered. Check spelling of names, registration date, purchaser and delivery details. Make sure you're happy with the constellation you have chosen, the star name and the details on the message card. This is very important as your order is completely personalised and we will use the information you supply to process your order.
